SmartBiz processes information received through the website only for the purposes described below. Paid work starts only after a written proposal or agreement identifying both parties has been accepted.
Information we collect
- name, phone number, and social profile name when you provide them,
- business sector, inquiry content, and automation needs,
- technical message and booking data used by agreed integrations,
- page URL, browser technical data, and server logs required for security.
How we use information
Information is used to review the inquiry, assess a suitable solution, contact you, organize the project, configure the agreed system, provide technical support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis and consent
When you submit the inquiry form, you consent to SmartBiz processing the information you provide to review the inquiry, assess a suitable solution, and contact you. Contract work may also require processing to perform an agreement or meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the same inquiry form by writing “data request”.
External services
A solution may use Cloudflare, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, OpenAI, CRM, booking, telephony, or other services. Actual recipients and storage locations depend on the selected project and are agreed with the customer in advance. Those services’ own terms also apply.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, the agreement, or mandatory legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized under the applicable process. Project-specific retention periods are defined in the written proposal or agreement.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion where this does not conflict with mandatory retention requirements. Use the inquiry form, write “data request”, and identify the phone number previously used.
Security
We use access controls, HTTPS, login protection, and technical monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, so only information required for the work should be collected.
Health information
Please do not include diagnoses or sensitive health information. Send only what is needed for contact and scheduling. For urgent or medical questions, contact an appropriate professional directly. Processing sensitive information for clinics requires a separate technical and contractual scope.
